APPOINTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a smooth-running salon. We appreciate that everyone’s time is limited and expensive.

Please take a moment to review our booking policies below. These policies help us maintain a consistent level of exceptional service whilst adhering to sound business practices.

Booking Deposits

Our booking system automatically requests a 30% deposit of the booked service value. This deposit will then be automatically applied to your invoice on the day of your service.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please be mindful that if we are provided less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee of the booked service value will be charged.

No Shows

If there is a situation where you do not attend your appointment without notice, 100% service value will be charged. We have the most amazing online booking system. Still, please be mindful that if you have historically had an appointment where you did not show up, the system will automatically request 100% payment to secure a booking.

Our incredible booking system also provides appointment reminders and the option to sync your appointment to your calendar.
